Mill Park Library

The design philosophy for the building drew on a concept OSA dubbed "the pond of knowledge." Like a stone dropped into a pond with the ripples radiating out from the centre, so to is the individuals desire to learn. The more one learns the more desire there is to learn in a world of life long learning.
